We offer free delivery within the UK, with a flat rate of £2.50 for all international orders. All cards shipped from the UK are sent by Royal Mail and sent out 1st class postage (untracked) which takes approximately 1-2 working days from dispatch. All cards are shipped in a well safe envelope and sent by Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, however, this may be longer at busy times of the year. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Once international orders have been shipped from the UK, depending on its destination, the parcel may enter the intended countries internal postal system. We are unable to influence these postal services once this happens, however, we will do our best to help resolve any delays in the parcel reaching its intended shipping address. If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. If an order is sent back to us in the UK due to a customer not being able to receive the item(s), they will be liable for all costs incurred. Please also be advised that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your order. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay. Cards are printed 150mm x 150mm square and come with a white envelope. Mini cards are printed 125x125mm square and come with a white envelope. All cards are left blank inside for your own message. Our designs are printed in the UK using a HP indigo press which is eco friendly with all paper sourced from sustainable forests. Printed on 300GSM high quality card with a triple coated finish, creating an exceptionally smooth surface whilst leaving the inside uncoated allowing you to write your message easily. All items are clear to see on our website and a true representation of how they will look.

We do NOT accept returns for any items unless they are damaged in transit. All cards are custom printed to order. In the unlikely event of an item arriving having been damaged in transit, please advise us within 2 working days by emailing info@tartdesigns.co.uk to get instructions on how to return the damaged item for a replacement. All prints leave us in perfect condition. Please do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged in transit. Any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to replace your order. Please note, tart designs accepts no liability for damage caused whilst unpacking your card. Are your cards blank inside? Yes, all cards are left blank inside for your own message. Can you send a card for me? Are your cards eco friendly? Yes, we want our cards to be eco friendly, which is why each card is printed using a HP Indigo press which is carbon neutral using paper sourced from sustainable forests.
